An annual service typically takes around 30-45 minutes and includes safety checks, efficiency testing and a visual inspection of key components.

If you smell gas or suspect a leak, you should immediately open doors and windows to ventilate the area, turn off the gas supply at the meter (if safe to do so), avoid using any electrical switches, naked flames, or phones inside the property, leave the property, and call the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999 immediately. Once the emergency has been handled, contact us during working hours for any follow-up repair work.
