No. A CP12 is a legal annual safety check covering every gas appliance, pipework and flue in the property, while a boiler service looks only at the boiler. Landlords need a current CP12 regardless of any separate boiler service.

Wherever possible we provide a fixed, written quote before work begins, covering installations, servicing and most plumbing jobs, so there are no surprises on the day. This is confirmed after a free survey or an honest phone conversation about the job.

Yes. We keep records of the certificates we issue for at least the two years required, and can help landlords managing several properties stay on top of renewal dates across their portfolio so no let is ever left uncertified.
