Do you offer emergency call-outs?

We operate Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, and do not offer emergency call-outs or weekend work. We do prioritise urgent boiler breakdowns and aim to attend as quickly as possible during our working hours. Yes. We confirm the installation has passed its safety and tightness test, and if the appliance is in a rental property this forms part of the annual Landlord Gas Safety Certificate (CP12) going forward, keeping the rental compliant.
