We will not leave the appliance connected until the leak is fixed. The tightness test is designed to catch exactly this before you ever use the cooker, and we address any fault found before signing the job off as safe.

We operate Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, and do not offer emergency call-outs or weekend work.
