We install all three. Combi boilers heat water on demand with no cylinder and suit smaller homes. System boilers work with a cylinder for higher hot water demand. Conventional boilers use a cylinder and cold water tank, common in older properties with existing pipework we can often reuse.

Yes. Baxi installations can carry extended manufacturer warranties of up to 10 years when fitted by an Approved Installer such as ourselves, alongside our own workmanship. Exact warranty terms depend on the model and registration, which we confirm in writing at the time of installation.

A straightforward like-for-like combi boiler swap usually takes one working day. Converting from a conventional or system boiler to a combi, or fitting a new unvented cylinder alongside the installation, can take one to two days depending on the pipework involved. We confirm the expected timescale in your written quote.
